“The Hanging of the Greens ” — School Group Reservations

Please reserve early as school matinees fill quickly

  1. Determine the number of seats needed for your group.

  2. Contact Lakeshore’s box office to make your reservation: 651-429-5674

  3. A deposit of 50% is due with your reservation to hold your seats. All payments are non-refundable.
    Final payment is due by Friday, November 25, 2008. Once final payment is made, number cannot be decreased. Unpaid seats will be released. Refunds are not available on unused seats.

  4. Reservations are for general seating, first-come, first-served. No tickets will be issued; your reservation guarantees your seats.

  5. If the play is cancelled due to weather, Lakeshore will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your group. If this is impossible, Lakeshore will issue a credit or refund. If your school is cancelled due to weather, please call as soon as possible and leave a message telling us you will not be attending: 651-429-5674.


Important - Please Note

  1. PERFORMANCE LENGTH: The play will last approximately 60 minutes.

  2. ARRIVAL TIME: We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to show time for seating.

  3. LATE ARRIVALS: Due to tight bus schedules, we cannot hold performances for late arrivals.
  4. CHAPERONES: Please sit with your group and inform students that gum, food, and drinks are not allowed in the theatre.

  5. ACCESSIBILITY: Lakeshore Players Theatre is not fully wheelchair accessible, but we will make every effort to accommodate special needs. Please let us know as soon as you can if you need wheelchair seating. Four listening assist devices are availalbe for patrons with mild to moderate hearing loss. Large print programs are available upon request.

  6. RESTROOMS: Are located on the lower level of the theatre. Sorry, restrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

  7. DIRECTIONS: Lakeshore Players Theatre is in downtown White Bear Lake, in an historic church building at 4820 Stewart Ave (corner of 6th and Stewart). From 35E, take the Hwy. 96 exit and go East for about 2 miles, until you reach the intersection of Hwy 61. Turn left (north) onto Hwy 61 and go about half a mile to the stoplight at 4th St. Turn right onto 4th St, go 3 blocks, then turn left onto Stewart Ave.

  8. PARKING: Free parking is available on the street. Buses may unload students at front steps on Stewart Avenue, then park on the side street. No parking in the loading zone.
